Webquest Templates

Here you will find a variety of webquest templates (all valid XHTML and CSS) sorted into the categories of top navigation, left navigation and right navigation. To view the site as a web page in your broswer, click on the "View site" link or click on the thumbnail of a template. Either of these options will open the selected webquest template in a new window with the. Also note that you can download a copy of each template in either .zip format or .sit format. Both formats contain the same template, though the .zip is intended for Windows users and the .sit file for Mac users. Each of these webquest templates validates as XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS (web standards set by the W3C to increase web usability and accessibility).

Note that each of the webquest templates includes the same print style sheet that will automatically format the template for printing. For an example of what these templates look like when printed, see this .pdf of the process section when printed.

Right Navigation Templates

These templates can be easily edited and customized to suit your desires/need, using either a WYSIWYG editor such as Dreamweaver, or in something as simple as Notepad or TacoHTML Edit. For more information on how to edit these files using a simple text editor, go to the editing templates page.
